LeetCoach ("the extension") is an AI coding coach sidebar for LeetCode. This policy describes what data is collected and how it is used.
When you sign in, LeetCoach receives an account identifier from Google and sends it to our servers solely to track your usage against the free weekly limit (50 requests per week) and any prompts you have purchased. This identifier, your request count, your purchased balance, and the dates of your first and most recent use are stored in a database hosted on AWS (us-east-1).
We also read your current code, the problem description, and your chat messages in order to generate AI responses. This content is transmitted to our server to call the AI model but is never stored — it is processed in memory and discarded.
LeetCoach is free to use. You may optionally buy one-time packs of additional prompts. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on our servers. We never receive your card number, and we cannot charge you again without you going through checkout.
When a purchase, refund, or dispute occurs, we record an entry containing the Stripe event, session, and charge identifiers, the pack involved, the amount, your account identifier, and a timestamp. This exists so that each payment is credited exactly once and so that refunds and disputes are handled correctly. It contains no card data and no name, email address, or billing address. These entries are deleted automatically after 400 days.
Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Purchased prompts are refundable within 14 days if unused. Prompts already spent are not refundable. To request a refund, email varun.anand2006@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the corresponding prompts are removed from your balance.
We do not collect passwords, card details, or any information beyond what is described above. We do not use cookies, analytics services, or advertising trackers.
Your account identifier and usage counts are used only to enforce the weekly request limit and to track any prompts you have purchased. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any third party.
Usage records are retained until you request deletion. To request deletion of your data, contact us at varun.anand2006@gmail.com with your LeetCode username.
Payment records are the one exception: they are kept for 400 days from the date of the transaction and then deleted automatically. We cannot remove them earlier, because they are what allows a refund or a card dispute to be resolved correctly.
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will be updated.
